Our office assistant will reply by email to confirm the approximate wait-time with you. If you reply to this initial timeline, you will be sent an online referral form to complete - in your child’s name. Once this form is returned, you are officially on our waitlist. When it is your child’s turn, our office assistant will reach out to book the appointments. We tend to book within 2 to 3 months into the future.
